One point of contact, who supports you and your family and ensures that your private life is just a little less hectic. So contact us and let us know what we can do for you.

As soon as all formalities are completed and we have a clear idea of how we can assist you, we will be at your disposal 24/7 to assist you with all our services.

Especially for people with a second home in Amsterdam, we have a second home service, whereby during your absence we keep an eye on everything, take care of necessary maintenance, and make sure, prior to your arrival, the refrigerator is filled, the flowers are in the water and the temperature is comfortable. After your stay, you just close the door behind you, and we’ll make sure you won't have to worry about a thing.

Your personal home assistant will work with you to see what is needed (on a monthly basis) and make sure that all you have to do is enjoy your home and all that Amsterdam has to offer. This way you know that your investment / home is a pleasure instead of a burden.

Getting started in a new city is quite the adventure. Welcome Home will make you feel at home in the city in no time. We will help you organize your household, support you in settling down in the neighbourhood, introduce you to the right (sports) clubs, language learning or perhaps just make your new home feel like home.

Besides our standard concierge services, which make everyday life just a little bit easier especially in a new city, we offer a selection of services especially designed for expats. Please contact us and let us know what you are struggling with or where you could simply use some extra help.

In addition, if you only have a temporary busier period because you’re getting married, you’re moving, just had a baby, are immobile or you find yourself in the middle of a renovation, Welcome Home offers support. But also, if you are housebound because you are not mobile, we will provide you with peace of mind. Contact us and we will make sure you get through this period comfortably. We will do the shopping, pick up medicines from the pharmacy, cycle past the flower store to brighten up the house, arrange appointments, open doors for workmen, do laundry, tidy up or provide a healthy meal.

Your part time personal home assistant will be happy to review with you how we could best assist you or a family member during this (often unexpected) time.
